Jewish Women's Archive

The Jewish Women's Archive developed and screened the award-winning documentary film Making Trouble in 2007. Making Trouble tells the story of six of the greatest female comic performers of the last century. Welcoming Websites developed a Drupal-based administrative interface to assist JWA with the day-to-day content management for the film's website. The new interface was launched in November 2007, and helps the organization manage content related to press clippings, reviews, and screenings of the film.

Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard

The Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard advances the understanding and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship by initiating, advancing and informing student projects at Harvard. Lightbulb First helped transition TECH's website to Drupal, and is currently developing an idea engine which will allow students to share ideas with one another, and gather feedback from TECH staff and alumni mentors. The Drupal-based site was launched in December 2007. The idea engine is expected to be launched in Spring 2008.

Tibet Povety Alleviation Fund

The Tibet Poverty Alleviation Fund (TPAF) operates the Dropenling Handicraft Development Center, a social enterprise dedicated to improving the lives of Tibetan artisans throughout Tibet by selling only unique, high quality handicrafts made in Tibet, by Tibetans. Lightbulb First developed an online store and shopping cart for TPAF which allows customers to browse the extensive Dropenling product list and pay for their purchases online. The store also includes an administrative feature which helps Dropenling staff manage orders and make changes to the product list from time to time. The store uses Drupal 5.x, with the eCommerce 3.4 module.

Excelimmune

Excelimmune is a startup based in Cambridge, MA which focuses on developing novel technologies to harness the power of natural immunity. Lightbulb First helped Excelimmune develop a professional Drupal-based corporate site, in order to help the company keep stakeholders apprised of company news and job openings. The site was launched in August 2007.
